Congrats Zack! (3/16/08)

While Zack was in town for a few days we had a party to honor him for winning "Dance War" (and for just being a cool guy). The kids were so excited because they hadn't seen him since before he left to do the show. You would never guess that they had known him their whole lives....they acted like they were on their way to meet a true movie star and Abby even wanted his autograph! After about 5 minutes they were bored and ran off to play with the other cousins. It was a fun night and lots of family and friends came to support Zack. We shared funny stories and he filled us in on what's next for him. It was great to see him before he was off to LA again.

Da Girls (3/14/08)

This is for my mom. She gave all the baby girls these matching shirts for Christmas and really wanted a picture of them all together in them. I hope she loves it because it was quite a challenge (in fact, impossible) to get a good shot of all of them. This was the best we could get. Better luck next time.
From left to right: Sarah (2 months), Lizzie (2 1/2 years), Afton (1 1/2 years), and Ana (1 year).

Baby Sarah (3/14/08)

I love taking pictures of babies... especially chubby ones! I took these when Sarah was 2 months old. I just love her big cheeks!

Ana Marie- and JJ too (3/11/08)

I took these pictures of my niece for her first birthday. She is so adorable and super easy to photograph. She was so cooperative and I loved how they turned out...especially the ones in pink....check out that catch light! The pictures of her in camo were for her dad, my brother, who is currently serving in Afghanistan with the Navy. The huge hat is actually his. We took a couple pics of Ana with her big brother, JJ, to send to Joel as well. These kids are so cute and so photogenic, I love having the opportunity to take their pictures!

Abby's New Do (3/8/08)

Abby's haircut is super cute! She had to beg me to do it (I have a thing for long hair...ponytails, braids, etc...it's just easier to do). I'm glad she talked me into it because she looks adorable (and so old), although she isn't thrilled about the fact that we have to actually blow dry or straighten it so it won't go all funky. The good news for me...it still looks great in a ponytail and pigtails are the best...braids are out though. Oh well.
